In October of 2011, New Mexico Mutual upgraded its’ claims system (ClaimCenter) to the most current version. In addition to enabling our claims adjusters to provide even more efficient claims service, the upgrade also includes enhanced online claim reporting capabilities for employers. You will now be able to track the status of claims reported online on an ongoing basis, thus keeping you apprised of changes in claim status in real-time!
