New Mexico Mutual now offers our policyholders the ability to pay their monthly bill online through VirtualCheck or Vcheck, an on-line check service.

Vcheck is offered through Checkbind, a specialized version of the Check Strike system designed specifically for the insurance industry. It’s a virtual check system that changes a virtual check to a PDF format. This in turn allows New Mexico Mutual to print out your check and post it to your account. This is not an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Automated Clearing House (ACH) process.

Payments received before 3pm (MST) should be posted the same day. Payments made after 3pm or on the weekend will be posted the next business day. Vcheck does not accept recurring payments.

Any transfer of confidential data electronically shall occur via a Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) to provide secure communications, authentication of the server, and data integrity of the packet of transferred data.
