What to do when you have a claim
- Report An Accident Immediately
- Report the Loss – Report an accident immediately. Click on File A Claim. You can also complete the Employer’s First Report of Injury (E1) Form included in your policy kit and fax or email the form to our company using the contact information below.
- Communicate, Communicate, Communicate – Do not speak with the doctor directly but do ask his/her office for status updates on your employee. Let our claims adjuster know of any changes in your employee’s work or health status as you know them. Most importantly, make sure your injured worker knows that you have a job for them to return to.
