New Mexico Mutual in the Community

New Mexico Mutual is a socially responsible organization committed to serving and fostering a proactive and visible presence in the communities in which it operates through coordinated financial and volunteer support. We provide support to not-for-profits throughout the state of New Mexico.

New Mexico Mutual insures hundreds of not-for-profit organizations. Requests from our policyholders receive priority in reviewing funding requests. Each request for funding will be looked at in a context of whether it meets one of the following corporate goals:

• Support for economic development.

• Support for programs or services that benefit injured workers.

• Support for greater industry awareness.

• Outreach to business decision makers.

Scholarship Golf Tournament

New Mexico Mutual and Independent Insurance Agents of New Mexico’s 18th Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament which will be held on May 7th, 2012 at the beautiful Four Hills Country Club, 911 Four Hills Road, SE Albuquerque, New Mexico 87123

Each year New Mexico Mutual and the Independent Insurance Agents of New Mexico team up to raise scholarship money for individuals and families who have suffered from a work-related accident. Click here for Recipient Nomination Form.

Over the years, our Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament has raised more than $270,000 for scholarships to deserving recipients. Our organizational efforts and your charity have enabled a lot of people to attend college that otherwise may not have had a chance.

We began in 1995 by awarding one $10,000 scholarship. Since that time the tournament has grown beyond our wildest expectations.
